The monthly plan is optional. You can pay only the one-time build price. In that case, you provide the account access needed to build and publish the site, such as your domain/hosting account (for example, Bluehost), business email account and similar. Don't worry if you've never set up hosting before. I'll walk you through every step personally, from creating your hosting account to connecting your domain and email, so you're never on your own. Setting up an account with a host like Bluehost only takes about 5 minutes, and I'm glad to help you get everything set up by phone, email or text, whatever's easiest for you. After launch, you manage hosting and updates yourself, and any future changes are quoted per request.

Yes. Your domain and hosting account are in your name. A domain is about $15–25 a year, paid directly by you.
Pay with Cash App from anywhere. If you're local to the Upstate, cash and checks are welcome too. I'll swing by and pick it up, and the build starts once the deposit check clears. Pay half upfront to start and half when your site goes live, or pay it all upfront if you prefer. App bundles work the same way, and the optional $50/month hosting plan is billed monthly after launch.
